This is a small building, not only in height but width. The first floor will be a store front. I will envision a coffee shop there, especially if the first floor tenant on 1737-e wishes to stay within the immediate area. The store will be slightly smaller, but this will be because of the door to get into the apartments.

The basement will have a laundry room. As with all buildings, the basement will be locked with access to a key card only. There will be 2 washers, and 2 dryers. The first floor will be a store front. The rent will be $2,250 and will include access to the 2 car garage. The store tenant will be required to pay for their own electricity, internet, telephone, and water. With that in mind, there will be separate meters to assure proper regulations.

Floor 2 will be a 1B/1b/1l apartment. This will be at a price of $1,500 and will include all of the utilities except telephone, and premium television. The office can not be used as a bedroom since there is no closet, nor is there a second means of egress.

Floor 3 will have a studio apartment for $1,250 per month. There is a single room with an open kitchen. There is no bedroom, lavatory, nor office. While technically not a closet, there will be a communications panel. Each of the 4 walls will have 3 ethernet jacks each. The wall for the TV will also have a coaxial jack. The television can be changed at the panel, and networking will run to a patch panel, and then to a switch. The tenant will be required to provide a wifi router. There is no space for additional servers.
