House Call

I get it, sometimes things happen. You might need to connect an POE device, or you might need the safe opened. These aren’t maintenance issues, but still requires the intervention of an employee or myself to intervene. With that said, there will be 1 house call per month for these quality of life improvements, or address issues that proper time planning would have solved. If there is an actual maintenance issue, this is not counted against your house call.

Additional house calls will invoke a charge. This is not to be a money grab, but I or the maintenance person has an important job, and can’t come all of the time to address minor issues that most likely could have been solved by you. There are more than a dozen households. If everyone needed a house call every week – then real work will suffer. I would need to hire another employee just to deal with multiple house calls, and this makes less profit for the business, and all businesses needs to make a profit to make the business sustainable. This realty company will be no different.
