Internet services will be a minimum of a 1GBPS connection. This will allow you to have a high speed internet service included into your rent. I see it like this. I need an internet connection fro the systems that will be needed. I could have gotten the cheapest plan, and let it be at that, but I figured if I can get the highest plan possible, and allow tenants to have access to internet services, then I will be doing a benefit for you. You have one less bill, and a 1GBPS connection might have been out of your budget even if you are sharing with a few other tenants.
I will not provide an email address, nor a website. I am not being cheap, but how do I decide how to arrange the system. Do I provide just one account, and let everyone else in the family to have to find their own solutions. Do I provide for everyone in the household, and have to increase my hosting plan? What happens if you are no longer living in the communities. You would lose your email address, and will have to contact all of your contacts to give them a new email address. It is just a mess that is best to not venture into.
If you need an email address, you can consider Gmail, Outlook.com, or Yahoo as options. You can also consider WordPress.com if you need a website. However, if a website is a serious thing you wish to consider, then I would recommend that you get your own domain, and hosting package. With your own domain, you would also be able to acquire a matching email. For example, fsp.homes has contact@fsp.homes as an email address, and of course https://fsp.homes as the main website.
