All apartment buildings will be within a 10 minute walk of a bus stop. This is to assure that those without an automobile can still get from Point A to Point B. Being as someone that relies on buses, I know how hard it could be to have to worry about bus routes, and apartments. With that said, there will be careful consideration on where I would purchase the properties.
