All buildings will have sufficient paid laundry machines. This will include a double load washer, and a double load dryer (minimum of 1 each). To pay for the laundry use, you would use a smartphone app, or use your NFC capable debit/credit card. The laundry is $1.75 per load, and the dryer runs for 1 hour. When using the clothes washer, you must use High Efficiency laundry soap. Anything else can damage the machine, and you will be responsible for the repairs.
The laundry room will sit in the basement. You are responsible for tending to your laundry on time. A wash cycle is about 45 minutes, and a dryer cycle is 60 minutes. Therefore, if you are not going to wait for the laundry machines to finish, you should come back within a few minutes before the laundry machine finishes. This is just being respectful of the other tenants in the building. You are not allowed to use my laundry machines for your business.
