Most of the apartments I would have acquired has just one apartment per floor. At your request, you can request that your floor is secured (assuming you are the only one on the floor). With this in mind, only authorized RFID cards/tags can select that floor. This provides for security, and enhanced protection. This of course can be inconvenient when receiving visitors. You would have to go to the main floor to meet any visitor or delivery person. If this is a regular occurrence, then you should consider not securing your floor.
Even if the floor is not secured, only authorized people can enter your apartment. Just because you allowed the delivery driver to come and bring your food, they can not simply open your door and let themselves in.
